• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

• One person may not maintain multiple accounts without permission.

• Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• You can browse most content without creating an account.

• Account creation requires minimal personal information.

• You can request deletion of your data at any time.

• You retain ownership of the content you post on Diskrit.

• By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform.

• You are responsible for the content you share and must ensure it complies with our guidelines.

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.

• Prohibited content includes: illegal material, harassment, hate speech, and explicit content outside Safe Mode.

• Safe Mode allows filtered adult content for users who opt-in and are over 18.

• You may use Diskrit for personal, non-commercial purposes unless authorized otherwise.

• You agree not to misuse our services, including:

• Scraping, bots, or automated access without permission

• Uploading malicious code or viruses

• Impersonating others

• Interfering with service operations

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• Bookmark system: 100 slots maximum, automatically expire after 21 days.

• Diskrit is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party links.

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

• We may modify or discontinue services at any time with notice.

• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Diskrit.

• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

• Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

• We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes.

• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
